# How to save a checkpoint with runtime\_parameter:{"batch\_data": pandasdataframe}

Hi I am trying to save a checkpoint and I am working with in memory dataframe (pandas)

Here is my batch request : -  
batch\_request = RuntimeBatchRequest(  
datasource\_name=“large\_\_dir”,  
data\_connector\_name=“default\_runtime\_data\_connector\_name”,  
data\_asset\_name=“largeDataAssets”, # This can be anything that identifies this data\_asset for you  
runtime\_parameters={“batch\_data”: temptable}, # df is your dataframe  
batch\_identifiers={“default\_identifier\_name”: “default\_identifier”},  
)

Here is my checkpoint configuration: -  
my\_checkpoint\_config = {  
“class\_name”: “SimpleCheckpoint”,  
“run\_name\_template”: “%Y%m%d-%H%M%S-my-run-name-template”,  
“validations”: [  
{  
“batch\_request”: {  
“datasource\_name”: “large\_\_dir”,  
“data\_connector\_name”: “default\_runtime\_data\_connector\_name”,  
“data\_asset\_name”: “data\_asset\_name”,  
“runtime\_parameters”:{“batch\_data”: temptable},  
“batch\_identifiers”:{“default\_identifier\_name”: “default\_identifier”},

context.add\_checkpoint(\*\*my\_checkpoint\_config) ### not working kernel is stucking at this line… Is this a bug or what is the procedure to save a checkpoint
