Great Expectations supports the common data types seen in tabular data. You should expect Great Expectations to be able to handle the different data type flavors of numerics, strings, booleans, and dates. Other data types could theoretically be supported at some point, but as of version 0.13.19, custom functionality might need to be added to handle other data types outside those common ones.
