Adding New Users in GX Cloud - Stuck in a Loop

Signed up today for gxcloud. Added one of the engineers on my team to the list of users. He got an email with an invitation, but when he accepts it, it sends me an email that says he’s requesting access. When I click the link in that email to grant him access, it takes me to the user list. His name is already in the user list.

We’re going around in a loop here and he’s not able to access our environment.

For my clarity, is the email address being used by the engineer identical, i.e. not an alias that forwards, to the email you’re inviting?

Is there any change in this behavior if that engineer requests a password reset?
